This week I mainly focused on doing some initial interviews. I started off with two for the time being considering that I am still in the writing phase. Both interviews were very informative. Their perspectives were a lot different from mine. Even the perspective of a friend who comes from a similar background as me was fairly different. The first interview was very useful and opened my eyes to certain blind spots. I am interested to see how different the perspectives will be when I go further out of my comfort zone. Aside from the interviews I have just been doing a lot of reading. I feel like my journals are going to be really boring because reading is mostly what I do now. Also, this week was the series finale of Supernatural. This project probably wouldn’t exist without that show. It really jump started my love of the occult. Also, the finale sparked a controversy that had to do with what we were talking about in the interviews. Lastly, I provided some of the videos that were recommended to me during the interviews.
